Tuskegee University 2010 Doctor of Veterinary Medicine Cum Laude Graduate. LasVegas, Nevada start: general practice, emergency medicine, medical director,shelter/community practice. ATL settled: Dr. J Personal Vet Mobile Practice Owner. Owner of JAHAnimal Hospital. Wife of Michael. Proud Mommy of 3 sons Noah, Micah (Trisomy 13 Angel) andMichael II Moo. Pet owner of Luppi, Chandler and Mouse (her senior dog, cat, and bird).

Dr. Anne Rudd received her Bachelor of Science from the University of Georgia in 1988 and her DVM from the University of Georgia College of Veterinary Medicine in 1992.  She practiced mixed animal medicine briefly in Watkinsville and then moved to McDonough Animal Hospital from 1993 to 2010, where she saw cats, dogs, horses, cattle, goats, a few sheep, a very few emu, 2 snakes, and 1 bison ("and a partridge in a pear tree" - not really!).  In 2010 she moved to Jonesboro Animal Hospital to treat small animals until the business was closed in late 2024, and continued to do some large animal emergency work for King Equine Veterinary Services until around 2020.

She has owned many cats and dogs, 2 horses, and 1 turtle (Baskin Robbin), and currently lives in rural Henry County with her partner, stepson, and 1 cat (O.C., short for "Outside Cat" - rescued from the life of a feral 2 years ago, and who adores snuggles and scritches, but is not happy being carried around!).

Dr. Rudd is excited to rejoin the Jonesboro Animal Hospital team at JAH Animal Hospital, and welcomes our wonderful clients back too!
